It was easy to get to the lady at the front desk was very nice when I checked in she explained everything to me and I like how she would check in from time to time and ask if I needed anything and the pool was awesome to and room was awesome

Had to walk all the way to end of the building to get to elevator when your room is in front of the building

Fire alarm went off at 730 am when my wife called the front desk to enquirer about it she was told it was being handled and the person on the phone laughed and hung up that was very unprofessional way to treat a guest on check out the manager was spoken to about the incident she apologized and said she would handle it incident

We are local to Grove city. We liked that the property is close to many restaurants and was not far from the many activities that we had planned with family for the weekend. The hotel was clean, and the spa room we booked met our expectations.

The breakfast was not good. Everything was bland. There was a nice variety of items - but they just were not good quality. The hotel is also a little outdated. The dark wood in the room made the lighting seem very dark. The pillows definitely need an upgrade.

The bathroom is extremely dated with aged wallpaper starting to peel due to shower humidity and missing out rotting grout in the shower. Turning on the water in the bathroom sink rattled pipes in the walls. The hallway reeled of smoke which doesn't work great for a non smoking room. Pillows were flat and pretty area consisted of a four sq foot patch of grass. The check-in went great but I can't comment on breakfast as we left early for our next stop due to our dissatisfaction.

Among the Hampton Inns I stayed before, this one is the worst one. The room is in a bad shape - smelly carpet in the corridor, run down furnitures, etc. Will consider booking this hotel next time...
