Room was dirty, bed covers had stains on them. Bathroom had random hairs

My shower didn't work, so I think the rooms need to be checked for that type of things before issuing rooms out to customers.

Everything, how are you going to advertise a pool and when we show up it’s literally green. There is trash spilling out onto the floor in every hall, even most of the hall walls have hole in them. Staff is rude and doesn’t understand the meaning of cleanliness.

Very quiet and relaxing

Checking the rooms before the guest arrives to make sure toiletries are intact enough towels and wash clothes are available and lastly make sure the rooms are fresh and smells good I recommend lysol spray. It
