Everything was clean and staff was very friendly

Breakfast was ok the lady serving it was very nice.

The bed was not all that comfortable. The hotel is in a cinstruction zone, wanted to use their laundry but they didnèt have change or laundry soap, Pool smelt of a lot of chemicals went in once, and the internet kept throwing you off. All in All these things can be fixed if they want them to be.

It was less expensive than where I normally stay in this area

There was no cleaning service or change of towels offered. I guess I was supposed to ask but no one told me that. Even worse, the heating/air unit stopped running midway through my stay. I reported it to the front desk but there was no follow up. Finally, I received no final bill at checkout this morning and nothing has been emailed to me yet.

Very dirty, rooms and hallways. Beds very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, room and lobby was clean. I like that they had coffee and cold water available in the lobby.

I had 2 rooms and one of them the AC wasn't working properly. I was told maintenance would come fix it they didn't and didn't offer to move us either so it wasn't comfortable sleeping because it was too warm. The parking spots were taken up by several trucks who had trailers attached to them. The entrance to the hotel was immediately as you exited from the highway, making it pretty dangerous, especially when there was construction being done on the road. I didn't like that it only had 2 drawers especially since we were a party of 4 in the room.
