"The freaking alarm"

The freaking alarm clock was set to 5 a.m. and could not be turned off no matter how many times you pressed the off button. After being woken 5 times l had to unplug it from the wall.

The breakfast staff is nice and friendly the food was good. The front staff person in the morning when I was checking out was nice and friendly
