The price was good..

The front desk lady was rude. I asked about having a rollaway bed or a cot. And she was simply rude about. I had booked for 4 adults and 1 child age 10. No accommodations at all about our stay. She told us that we have to book another room. So we did. When we got to our rooms they looked clean but had a very strong sour smell that you can smell as soon as you cracked the door. Also there was bugs in the room. And our TV was not working so I asked foe someone to come help us with the TV and the same front desk lady was rude and said no one is here to help maybe we can try something else's, because she tried calling maintenance several times and they are not responding to her. I said well I paid for this room I excto get the full service that I paid for. So if I can't get the service how much money am I getting back from not having the service. So a few minutes later, someone came to my room and fixed the tv. The beds were totally uncomfortable. And the the plumbing system was horrible. All though the night we kept hearing the toilet bubbling and when you flushed it it wouldn't flush all the way it kept coming up. This hotel is one I will never visit again.

The room was clean, was stocked with towels and soaps. Bedding was neat and clean as well .The room was decent size.

The room didn't have extra amenities, there was no fridge or microwave, also no coffee machine. Not having these extras made it inconvenient for my family to enjoy our stay. A huge dislike was our toilet wasn't working properly, it ended up getting clogged which the bathroom smelled horrible. The table was also broken so we couldn't use it to eat .

"Euless stay."

The air conditioner kept the room humid, it was hard to keep cool and comfortable plus the vending machine in lobby was out of order and there was no pool, it was out of order also. There was a slight bug issu.
