"Location was convenient for us"

This is our second time in a week staying at this hotel. This second time we had a better experience: the staff was kind and nice, our room 300 was not smelly as the previous one.

Gym needs good equipment urgently, carpet need some deep cleaning(or even better- be replaced)

"Bom mas tem que melhorar"

Quarto bom, tem lavanderia(pago)

Limpeza do quarto a cada 3 dias, nem para tirar lixo. A camareira passa nos quartos à tarde para perguntar se precisa de toalha. Quem chega a noite tem que pegar na recepção, se tiver toalhas disponíveis. Academia é simples, só tem um transport, uma esteira e uma máquina velha. Hotel estava cheio por causa da Copa, não tinha mesas e cadeiras disponíveis para todos, tinha que comer em pé ou levar pro quarto.

The location was the best feature. The towels were new and fluffy. Good beds. The room 310 smelled really bad (avoid it)

The carpet should be replaced in the room. The room was smelly. The gym was in bad shape. The staff needs more training- and they could be more welcoming.

"Clean and friendly but a little disappointed in the equipment."

Room was very clean and ac worked wonderful!

Elevator on our side of the property was out of order and the two ice machines we found were both broken. The swimming pool was closed and full of algae.
