I didn't like anything. Some of the staff was rude, they did not tailor to the customer. I asked for them to fumigate the room because there were roaches and they did not. The facilities are very dated and in very bad shape. the room looked comfortable at first glance, but the furniture was broken or in very bad shape. The bed was good. I will never stay here again. This property used to be a La Quinta property and they have not even changed the signs or even the shower curtains.. the carpets were very dated. I do not recommend to anyone.

Sheets where stain/dirty, no connections to plug in charger for your phone, loud heating unit, bathroom shower water kept going cold, no good breakfast just cereals and biscuits

I actually have stayed at this hotel previously when it was a Quality Inn. I wanted to not stay there again but found this place and realized it was the same place haha. The room had a smell, the shower faucet leaked and was low (I'm 5'11), tile looked dirty and old. Basically this room needs a renovation. New paint cause it had stains that you can tell cant just be wiped off. The bathtub was stained as well. Overall not great but needs to be renovated. Wont be staying here again.

I travel all the time through El Paso. I will never ever stay here again. The manager was very inappropriate. I was talking to him during check in and I noticed him just staring at my chest. I noticed him taking several looks throughout the check in process. Yes he talked ALOT but I felt very uneasy with him. Its called manners and self control. Later on I saw him by one of the rooms talking with another male staff member and all they did was stare. I didn't appreciate it. VERY unprofessional. The room was okay, cleaned pretty well. check out was great because I didn't have to go back down to the lobby. Breakfast was basic.
This was a La Quinta, and just changing over. Signage is just a cover over old signs so they don't turn on at night, so I missed it the first time past it. Like all hotels, "breakfast" is not dirty or diabetic friendly, so not a value point. But the stay here was fast better than the stay at the Wyndham Airport for a better price. I would consider staying here again.
