"no hot water and management doesn't care."

There is no hot water yesterday and today all day and all night. I spoke with the front desk and was told yesterday that they are aware of it and are working on it. Today they say that their boiler is down and they don't know when it will be repaired. They also didn't mention this when checking in. There is also no compensation even though you paid the full room rate. If you want a hot shower don't stay here. The floor in the room is also filthy and wasn't clean. I wore my white socks and they are filthy now. I stayed here three nights and didn't get new towels or coffee even though I asked the front desk to service the room. The heater in the room is also very loud and you can't sleep when it is on. There were 7 cars in the entire lot so people are staying away from here as other nearby hotels are full. The bed is comfortable and the tv works but who cares if you can't shower and management doesn't care. The breakfast items were also cold.

Dirty, dirty and dirty. Dead creature on the walk to my room. Continental Breakfast? Maybe for a POW camp. Don’t care how low the price is, I would never stay here again.
