The pool was filthy had a really hard time opening and closing door to room, breakfast was good
USNothing unfortunate. This time it was a very bad experience.
The staff treated me very rudely. They even canceled my reservation when I was supposed to check in early, where I was only supposed to pick up my room key in the lobby. This didn't happen, and I was forced to look for another hotel due to the staff's nepotism.

The personnel at initial greeting, rude and didn't like that fact I asked for lower level room due to my Mother can't do elevators nor stairs Had to activate keys Twice that evening. The night was noisy and very bad mattress, not well rested. Breakfast was taken off by 830 on a Saturday and lady didn't want to make more breakfast just cereal was left.
The bathroom was not very clean and the bed had human hair probably from previous renters
USMy husband canceled this when we arrived. Was not happy with the bathroom and was not up to the standards we expected
