They gave me a dirty room then the 2nd room the ceiling was leaking water all.over tv didn't work no fridge or microwave. This was the worst hotel

The cleanliness is nice

Paid for a room that had microwave and fridge, microwave didn't work, ac barely worked, no internet, no TV, and fridge worked but had to leave things in for a long time to get kinda cold.

I did not like anything , I did not stay there I vacated it right away. I was not able to get a refund because they said they could not give me one because I was there over i hour. I never thought expedia would have a property like this. I was not there for a hour. I feel that I deserve a refund, as I had to spend another 400 dollars.

Customer service suck pools dirty front desk agent was rude crackheads around homeless people etc.

It would be all of that type of activity going on I never would have booked the room with motel 6 through you guys.
