Maids walk in no notice crackheads everywhere smells like marijuana people fighting cops it’s a trap house

The ONLY thing i was ok with was the room was pretty clean. Still checked for bedbugs when we got in to the room. The overall facility had that look that…. Might better check

First they did NOT have the king room i payed for. Only had two double beds. The whole facility was rotting. The room next door had several cats and dogs in it. The dogs barked a lot. Had a lot of long term guests. The lobby was really run down and it looked like some one was sleeping in one of the side rooms. Saw a pimp and his hoes in the parking lot on several occasions. Our view was the back of a nasty seafood resturaunt with all of it garbage out back. Slime from the A C units on the sidewalks. In our room the unit was about to fall off the wall and what really appeared to look like semen stains on the curtains. The pictures that represented the motel on the booking site in no way represented this run down motel.

I didn’t like that when I left to go and take care of things for a day out of town and called the reservation line to confirm I could rebook my room for 2-3 more days that I was told “yes Maam you can book your extension through this line and we can accommodate your needs and you don’t need to be here, we can charge your card and you’ll be set.” I called an excessive 7 times just to confirm and make sure everything was okay just for some peace of mind as I’m in the middle of moving and have pets involved and wanted things to be taken care of, just to be woken up the next day by some guy on the phone threatening to get rid of everything in my room if I didn’t come down to the motel and pay my missed check in fee. He told me my card declined when A) I showed him the account amount upon arriving and there was more than enough B) there was 0 attempted or declined transactions in my bank history. He wouldn’t listen to me on the phone and called me a liar saying I was calling the wrong number when it’s the ONLY THING LISTED! I was then told that because I was upset (I was crying, not yelling or cursing) that I would get hung up on if I didn’t stop, and while I can understand if I was being excessively rude, but I wasn’t. I even had someone with me the whole time I was trying to book and make sure things were good and they even got to hear how this guy was talking to me. He apparently prides himself on being a higher up with the company but can’t even properly talk to clients because he openly told me he assumes everyone who walks through the doors is some druggy, liar or vagrant. When I arrived in tears the guy, who also told me he didn’t work at location, told me omg I’m so sorry you were right!! They argue with you make you feel terrible for no reason before they do their due diligence (: oh, and in my bedroom there was a door, that opened up to another door, that was locked, and upon opening the first door, there’s mold caked all in between them! Very nature friendly!

The lighting around the hotel was good

The seats of the pottys were really loose and no nuts on the bottom of the screws there was a blackwidow in the room the windows were broken somebody could of easily broken in the a/c was disgusting full of lint and had a fowel smell

Fleas was in room and long pet hair was on bed

The property appears neglected and is extremely dirty. They have a very inflexible checking-in policy.

Housekeeping doesn’t knock and they stepped my bed and I had to wait over an hour to get bedding and I had to keep going to the office to get them back up there to make the bed my second day I was locked out of room and had to get key reprogrammed
