It was holes in the covers and sheets full of roaches and other insects! Not to mention a drug infested environment and the two ladies at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional!!!

"Absolutely nothing like advertised"

They act like booking online is a hassle for them I booked a superior smoking room but they didn't have one and downgraded me but still charged full price. The laundry room was down and they had no interest in fixing it.

They said that they couldn't even tell what kind of room I had booked because I booked online so if they fixed that that would be great
