This was the most horrible nightmare ever!! Dirty room, trash in floor upon arrival, no toiletries…NO ELECTRICITY!!! When I complained the maintenance man came 2-1/2 hrs later and said he would be back NEVER CAME!!! We demanded our $ back. The man told us a lie about his name and said that we didn’t pay his electricity bill. We called booking.com they said they never charged us and the hotel did. We didn’t give the hotel our card info so we are currently at the bank filing fraud charges against this dump!!!
