Aeolos Boutique Hotel & Suites

Outstanding staff. Kind, attentive and goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We are vegan and they made sure there were options for us at breakfast every day. They also found a laundry service in the area for when we needed some stuff washed last minute.

Instead of one full bed, there were two twin beds pushed together. This was slightly uncomfortable in terms of tangled up bed linens and overall seemed unnecessary. The shower wall wasn't long enough to keep the water from making a puddle outside of the shower on the floor. We used a lot of towels mopping up water after each shower.

The location of the hotel is good; it is just a short walk to the many tavernas and restaurants on the Kalamaki strip or to the beach. On arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome from Maria and were pleasantly surprised to be offered a room upgrade to a Premium Suite. This was spacious, tastefully decorated and appeared to be recently renovated. It had a terrace which opened out onto the pool area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool which is well presented and with an adequate number of sunbeds around and a nice pool bar. Breakfast was good with a varied choice each day. On our final day we were allowed a late check out which was very helpful since our flight was late in the day: Thank you Maria.

A minor niggle is that the emergency lights in our room, even though on standby, were too bright so that the room did not completely black out at night time.

The setting is very relaxed. Bar and pool area perfect for lounging. Breakfast is very well done! Also great lunch dishes available in the afternoon.

Can’t think of any downsides.

The hotel rooms were cleaned every day, it was a wide range of breakfast dishes and every day something different and home made. The staff was really nice and we really enjoyed our staying. Everything is near from here, beach is max 10 minutes walking.
