Baymont by Wyndham Houston La Porte

No breakfast included. It was dirty and with a bad smell of humidity. Bad experience.

One thing I signed up was for breakfast. It was in add, but was not at hotel when I got there. I was told food was on backorder. First room I was in smelled. Second room had cracked hair dryer plug. Walls stained. Door latch broke. This hotel is not being maintained. Towels were small also. Room service was supposed to do the room. They bypassed room. I did not have the sign on the door. Bed was comfortable. Outside light held together by duck tape. Easy to see. Lamp is crooked. Pool water looks nasty.

Room was clean

Had ants ac sucked. thank God we had a fan. Offered breakfast but wasn't serving till next week. The pool badly needed to be cleaned. Normally Baymont is a very nice hotel this one was run down and needs a lot of work

I booked the hotel because it said that whole breakfast was included and my day was non-refundable when I checked into the property and it was notified that they do not serve breakfast therefore please remove that from the site because that's why I booked the room I would not have booked if I would have known

Dead bugs on the floor. Water knobs on shower marked incorrectly. Hot was cold, cold was hot. The water did get hot. Too hot. I turned red before I could figure out the knobs and get more cold water. Frustrating. Bed was really comfy. Pillows were good. AC worked. Cable TV. I've stayed in worse.
