"Needs significant repairs"

​Upon arrival, we discovered several significant issues with the room: ​Appliances: The refrigerator is running at room temperature and is completely failing to cool our drinks. Attempting to adjust the temperature knob did not resolve the issue. ​Lighting: The majority of the lights in the room are not working. ​Structural Damage: There are visible holes and damage to the walls. Additionally, the bedroom door does not close all the way. ​Bathroom: The toilet seat is completely loose and unstable. Dirty and stained linens.

Staff are helpful.

The water gets awfully clogged from the sink. Main comforter was stained. Carpet needs deep cleaning. My white socks were disgusting for just walking a tiny bit inside the room. Looks very ghetto on the outside, looks old, old and not in a good way. An elevator would be nice for the second floor
