I have never seen an hotel with so much coacroach. Dead birds, dirty environment.

Horrible experienced, roaches, indects coming through walls, mold and cracks on ceiling on the bathroom. Horrible !!!!

Worst hotel ever

Very bad experiences

Room was dirty. Bathroom was filthy especially the shower. I used flip flops to take a shower because the floor was so dirty.

We drove all night and were very tired when we checked in, when we got to the room we just knocked out, the next morning we notoced something moving around on the sheets of 1 of the beds....There was BEDBUGS!!!!!! I tried calling the front desk the phone didn't work in the room, so I walked to the office and all they could say was "eu sorry about that I'll let them know and wrote a note" and sent us on our merry way, I asked if we could get a refund or some sort of compensation to they said oh no...I called booking immediately after to let them know what happened and I still haven't heard anything back from them nor any money refunded. The room walls were dirty the shower tube was filthy.... had to put paper around the toilet seat to use it...by far this was the worst experience I've with LA Quinta!!!

It was comfy

They took a 50 dollar deposit and I still have not gotten it back! I spoils not have to wait 7 days to get my deposit back! I left the room the same way I found it, and still waiting on my deposit

The bathtub was not clean. I like your facilities that does not comunícate rooms with the exterior.

Had clean the air conditioner for it to get cold there was no WiFi and the sink was dirty also not plate in microwave and also dirty so couldn’t heat nothing
