"Horrible experience"

I showed up with a confirmed reservation and the desk attendant said that my reservation had been cancelled. She indicated there were no rooms and I had to book elsewhere. VERY upsetting and horrible customer service. NO notice was given, it was late at night and I had to book and travel to a new hotel. Do not recommend, poor staff and horrible customer service.
