La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Odessa

I am a regular‼️ the staff does know me by name and that is the front staff they are nice ‼️your cleaning stuff is not very professional and not trustworthy

The fact that I leave to go get some clean clothes and I witnessed the lady cleaning my room and my belongings I had to go hunt them down and they refuse to give me my robe that they stole off of the bed i tried to be civil it's not cheap but the manager or the owner was not very helpful police report was made for theft 50% off a night is not going to cover $180 robe sir if it was yours belonging it would be a whole different situation

The property was out-of-date and run down. The paint on several of the room doors was peeled off on the outside. It was extremely difficult to locate and to get back on the interstate from the property. The room smelled musty, as if that particular room hadn't been used in quite some time. The bed linens and bathroom towels didn't smell fresh. Overall, my stay was not a pleasant experience.

The stay itself was great, but what they don’t tell you is you can book on here with any card you want but when you get there, if you don’t have a major credit card to put on file for incidentals, they won’t let you check in.

The room smelled weird, the lamp had wonky switches and kept turning on until we disconnected it. Shower was disgusting, dirty, cracked & shower curtain and towels were dingy. Sheets did not feel or smell clean. We had to go buy sheets to place on top of bedding and then buy blankets to sleep with.

Old motel. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and did not let us sleep.

Parking

Filthy pool, unusable. Property is rundown. Bath towels stink. Not a clean room. This property needs a total overhaul, it is definitely not like any La Quinta I have ever stayed at
