La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

Quiet and check-in was easy. Staff very accommodating

Entire facilities and parking lot in serious need of repairs both inside and out. Saw places where wood was rotten. Door doesn’t seal, blow dryer doesn’t work Fence around pool needs repair and gating welds are bad. Parking lot is a mess

The room was very untidy; the sheet was full of spots, the place need some good cleaning and dusting.

The location was near where I was going, to the event I was attending.

My room was extremely dirty. The sheets were also dirty and have stains on them. The toilet seat fell of the toilet and I didn't have hot water

Appeared very dreary, worn down, dated, no one taking pride in ownership, new paint job needed. We had to request clean bed linen. The sheets looked like somebody dragged the dirty wheels of their suitcase across the bed. At least: Brighten the place up!!! In contrast the location at the medical center where my son stayed looked luxurious!! Glad to have seen that because it was my first time hearing of this hotel chain and if I hadn’t seen his: I would have NEVER booked this hotel chain again-everrrrr…

The room was dirty. Gnats everywhere. The room smelled. The bathroom door didn't close properly.
