Clean and safe

This Wyndham member property is a hidden gem. The building is older but well maintained. Our room looked recently updated. The carpet was very clean, the furniture was quality, the AC kept us cool, beds and linens were comfortable. Even had a microwave/freezer/refrigerator. The freezer actually freezes well and the refrigerator temperature was good. The free breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen since Covid. 3 Texas make your own waffles, sausage patties, a couple of bread choices, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Water, orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee and hot water for tea or oatmeal.

Only thing I’d change would be a curtain to close off the sink/dressing area from the room. Bathroom is very small but adequate for shower and toilet. Not really convenient for changing clothes. I was traveling with my grandson and had to be careful when changing.

The staff is always welcoming, we never have trouble when we check in. They always accommodate us and it's away a clean room.

Le falta mantenimiento, si bien está limpio las instalaciones necesitan urgente una renovación. No tiene servicio de laundry

We got there totally run down with homeless and drug heads all around the property and on it. Bad location with crime and unsafe! Don’t stay here and take off bookings!

We didn’t stay there and gave back our keys asked then to refund our card and they wouldn’t said booking had to do this. We contacted you immediately and they still charged our credit card.
