A gerente geral foi muito prestativa e empática. Nos trocou de quarto pois o quanto que fomos direcionados era péssimo.

Como dito anteriormente o primeiro quarto deixou a desejar, foi assombroso. Após a substituição melhorou bem a qualidade do quarto mas mesmo assim o hotel necessidade de uma certa modernização e zelo.
