"Choose another hotel!"

Well there was bed bugs and the first morning they ran out of food for the included breakfast. The hot tub was not hot and when asked if they would turn up the heat, they couldn't care less! First place I have stayed at that the breakfast was made to order and at first I thought this is great, until there was no food available the first morning the thee second morning, they gave one slice of bacon and you couldn't have extra! Seriously worse experience, especially when I woke up with bites and found the bed bugs!!!! When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, he again couldn't care less. I asked for a discount and he gave me the managers card. Truly brutal experience!!!!

Location, but there's lots of hotels there and wish I stayed at another one!!!

Good location. Lots of parking. Quiet rooms, couldn’t hear any noise from hallway or parking lot. Fresh made breakfast grilled in front of you. Good sized room even with a king bed.

"Great stay @ Days Inn by Wyndham Helena"

Our stay @ Days Inn by Wyndham Helen was great! We were in town for one night, and chose this hotel based on its positive reviews. It was better then we expected: Spacious, clean room, big comfy beds, full fridge (Yes, a full refrigerator, not a mini fridge), & a microwave! There's complimentary (continental) breakfast, which was pretty good: Waffle irons (for fresh waffles), muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, & coffee / tea. We really enjoyed it! The property is about a 20-minute walk from Main Street, so we chose to drive, however if it wasn't so chilly out; we would have walked. We visit Helen every two years during the winter holidays, & moving forward we'll continue to stay @ Days Inn by Wyndham. A very special shout out to the manager on duty - Ms. Payal - Her kindness, patience, knowledge, & professionalism were greatly appreciated.
