I liked that they had coffee 24/7. Ms. Kim is the best staff on board besides housekeeping,xz

The coke machine wasn't working. The vending machines didn't work. The rest of the staff was extremely rude. I was mad because they got mad at us for getting 'too' much breakfast? For a family of 49

The rooms and bed cleanliness

The bathtub looked gross. Might need new ones. The breakfast area was super dirty. The tables are dirty as if they never clean them correctly and weren't wiped after being used. Also, the breakfast floors super dirty.

Staff was present. Always there to assist you.

My room was already paid, but yet I had to put a deposit matching the amount that I paid on my credit card. My bank put that amount on hold to cover the amount. It took days to drop off my account.

"It was worth it overall."

The breakfast was okay. Not a big breakfast person but it was good. Coffee was excellent.

It was difficult to get towels and wash rags. Our room still had dirty towels and linens when we arrived.

Good location. Nice room. Clean and peaceful. Did not have comfortable lounge chair, just one that came with desk. Breakfast was minimal, with waffle iron. Better than older La Quinta in Tyler that I have stayed in before. Not many guests at motel on a Monday night that was end of Memorial Day Weekend. Easy check out.

Need nice chair or sofa to relax on
