Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

The location is excellent .The staff was exceptional - incredibly helpful and pleasant.

The remote was broken. WiFi connection instructions were not clear. The deluxe WiFi fee was not waived immediately, only after a technician called. The toilet paper handle was broken. Usb ports on the side of the bed which is closer to the window aren't working.

The closest hotel of this rating to the State Farm Arena- literally a walk around the corner.

Would have loved late evening room service.

I loved that it was very convenient to everything.

Miscommunication at check out

Me gustó que hay muchos lugares turisticos cerca al igual q restaurantes. El hotel muy limpio. Las personas q ahi trabajan Muy amables y profesionales. The housekeeping muy sociable y deja todo reluciente.

La verdad todo me gustó. 💯 Al hotel y su servicio.

The view of the "City of Atlanta" was magnificent. The valet parking (Hassan)was courtesy and efficient. The young lady Ayo was very pleasant at the front desk in the south tower and another young lady in housekeeping was kind enough to help me (Down the hallway away from my room 2771) with my tuxedo tie since I kind of lack a bit of dexterity in my left hand.

Leaving. I very much hope to be able to attend annually. There was an announcement during my visit at the HBCU Banquet that the "City of Atlanta" will be hosting the "HBCU Legacy Bowl" annually. If I was a wealthy man. I could certainly live there.
