"Didn’t stay there"

Nothing

When I got there the parking lot had branches and leaves everywhere, the building had no power and the staff told me I had to call booking.com to cancel my reservation because they had no power from the storm the night before . So I had to spend time on the phone trying to explain why I wanted to cancel my reservations and then I had to go to the next town over to find a hotel, then they kept sending me stupid messages to ask why I didn’t check in, I’m sorry but I’m not going to stay somewhere with no lights or AC.

Only had coffee.

The smoke detector in the hall kept going off and waking us up several times throughout the night. Plus the counter in the bathroom is not mounted correctly so any water splashed on the sink drips all over the floor!

"Personel recepcji pobrał świadomie dwa razy należność za nocleg"

Dobre śniadanie, duży parking, wystarczająca oferta. Ocena "ZŁY" wynika z faktu pobrania dwukrotnej ceny za nocleg: USD 250,86 zamiast USD 125,43

W czasie rezerwacji zostałem uprzedzony o zapłacie za nocleg bezpośrednio w recepcji. Niestety przed przyjazdem do hotelu pracownik recepcji obciążył bez mojej wiedzy i zgody moją kartę kredytową a następnie przyjął drugi raz płatność: część w gotówce a część kartą kredytową. Po zwróceniu uwagi że takie postępowanie nazywa się kradzieżą obiecał natychmiast zwrócić kwotę zapłaconą kartą. Po kilkudziesięciu godzinach ta kwota USD 125,43 NIE ZOSTAŁA ZWRÓCONA. Poniosę także szkodę z powodu różnicy kursowej (karta nie jest w USD lecz PLN) : wypłaty i może kiedyś nastąpi - wpłaty czyli zwrotu podwójnie pobranej należności za jeden nocleg.

"Overall great except we skipped the breakfast due to other guest onsite feedback"

Allows dogs, clean, friendly, had what we needed - plenty of towels - last BW we stayed at did not supply enough towels. Felt safe here. Last BW felt shady.

Unsure about the breakfast as a couple of guests when they were leaving told us the suasage was bad - and we folt some ofthe creamers were bad as it curdled in the coffee
