"Rude, Overpriced, and Unaccommodating!!"

Not much!! This used to be our (my wife and i) getaway for a few days. We would stay in the jacuzzi room, along with our 2 support dogs, maybe twice a year. It's got worse with every visit and this last time was, for sure, our last!!

The front desk was rude. We showed up to discover the room we booked and paid for wasn't available so they put us in a room half the size, no jacuzzi, the shower didn't have cold water so the only temperature was "scalding", the bathroom sink leaked all over the counter, there was food left in the refrigerator and the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm was on the top shelve of a cabinet with no battery. I had to clean everything before using it. They didn't have another comparable room, so we tried making it work. We needed the space for our dogs. After staying there several times and never getting charged for our dogs, they wanted to add on additional charges ($140)this time. Our dogs don't shed and are well trained. We bring our own vacuum and cleaning supplies. My wife leaves the room much cleaner when we leave, then when we arrive. We appreciated not being charged for our support dogs and never wanted to create any extra work for housekeeping. We stayed to ourselves and didn't bother anybody! Overall, as a family we made good memories in spite of the rude attitude we received from the woman at the front desk. I cant remember her name but she's been there every time we've stayed. We spent Christmas there last year and even brought her gifts. It's all about the money with her and customer loyalty means nothing. For the condition of their rooms, the customer service, accomidations and facilities...it's definitely not worth the price!!!

The saff-member who helped us was a dedicated, delightful person. The room was tidy and private.

The king sized bed in our room was a wreck. The mattress was lumpy, it was a "banana bed" -- it had a peak for the head, a valley for the torso, and a peak for the feet. It is not fair to give us such a bed.

Breakfast was decent for the type of hotel. Location was convenient for travel on I80.

Oh my gosh - the bed was like a box of tissues! It was nearly impossible to roll over, because it was so soft!
