Good beds

Cold shower, smells like piss the stair way, half of the outside doors wouldn’t open, tv would not turn down from max volume.

"Bed Bugs, Management Doesn't follow theoug"

It was cheap. Thats all.

They had bed bugs and my TV didn't work and nobody came to fix it. I was there alone and I was in the way backyard the back parking lot with the dumpsters and it was so creepy. I spoke to staff about the bed bugs and they admitted that that had been a problem that they were trying to fix. They said they would spray for them. When I asked for a discount for the countless bites I had all over my body, they agreed they would discount the stay. They never did and I followed up 3 times, once with actual management. They assured me I would be receiving the refund on the card I paid with. This was SEVERAL months ago. Never happened. Never even got an apology!

A mess. Construction was going but I did not know that before booking only on arrival. Parking lot full of garbage. Hallways dirty even broken glass and in stairwells. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. At 4:00am kids started laughing, yelling and playing in hallways. Doors have to be slammed to close and that happens all night. I will never stay there again

"I sat in my room for about 20 minutes before I decided it wasn’t safe for me to stay there. I ended up having to find ot"

The lady who checked me in was really kind. I did the pre check in that was sent to me but she said she didn’t have me in the system only to wait a couple minutes and find me.

There were so many things. The smoke detectors were unplugged. There was scorch marks on some doors. It was not clean. There was a health department notice on a door from 2/7. I didn’t feel safe there. When I walked in there was a chuckie doll sitting on the front desk.

"Nightmare Stay"

Construction debris throughout the halls/rooms. Dirty walls, unsafe conditions. No hot water in room, bathroom outlets broken and not working. Bullet holes in door. Health dept posting on door across from us for biohazard/unsafe conditions. No amenities open (pool) and long term residents with foot traffic/noise all night. Absolutely horrible stay.
