the beds were so comfy and the cleaning staff was very nice.

Ac was making horrible noise and left so much moisture the floor was slippery. No Coffee in the lobby until the breakfast opened up. very disappointing the coffee machine in the room leaked. This was our 4th stay and each time we have enjoyed it this time went down. I most likely will stay somewhere else next time due to so many issues this time.

The price

Dirty room, bathroom/tub dirty, dirty towels & rags, mattress wore out(sinking in), I had to ask the manager for a broom & dust pan because of the floor not being swept

the condition of the floors ruined the whole visit. there were no signs stating under renovation. Never again!!!!!!!!

the floors, were awful, the tile was ripped in several places and had several soft spots on them and a hump in the floor, going into the bathroom

The location. Staff is nice

Refrigerator is dirty, paint on ceiling in the bathroom close to the exhaust fan is peeling off. Drain in the tub is rusted. Breakfast is cold aside from the waffle which you make.

I liked leaving

It was not clean, old dog food on the floor, period blood mattress pads, the bathroom tub was flooded had to switch rooms, microwave didnt work. The floor tiles were loose on the floor.
