"Never again."

Breakfast was a regular breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

Our cold water somehow turned off and we were unable to use the toilet or shower. Had to fill the toilet tank one cup at a time to be able to flush toilet. Staff did move us to another room so we could shower. The new room/shower did not have body wash and the tub faucet was leaking with a steady stream of water when we got in there. When brought up to staff their response was “you could have used the ice bucket”. Well at 4am we grabbed what we knew was there without turning all the lights on.

"We will not be staying here again."

The location is great.

The flooring was coming up in the room . The bathtub would not completely turn off. The sheets at stains on them. We were very disappointed in the make over. We will not be back.

Room was dirty when we checked in. No linens, pillowcases or towels, full trash cans. We set the room up ourselves to not make a fuss. Very limited outlets
