La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

Everything was great except the customer service from one of the associates on the evening shift. Had I based my upcoming visit on his service I would have canceled my reservation. But Tanya who had great customer service changed m6 mind.

The customer service from Josh an evening associate. A very rude and person with bad customer service.

Well kept up as usual. It was clean and in a good location

Nothing checked out almost immediately

Everything ac didnt work in the first room moved rooms into one that the beds were a mess shower had just been used like somebody was already staying in it then third room the lights would turn on only the lamp across the room the mini fridge wouldn't work and smelt like rotten fish sat on the beds and my wife got hives so we immediately checked out and left AWFUL

Near the highway

Not too clean Couldn’t park a large vehicle Had to wait 15 minutes for front desk person to arrive from wherever they were Only a continental breakfast

Good property, looks like it took over another brand hotel and put the La Quinta name on it. Good, clean large room, easy parking and friendly staff.
