Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass by IHG

Breakfast was nice - little omelets, hot oatmeal, sausage, pancakes, bacon, fruit. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening. Coffee/tea available 24/7 as well as fresh fruit. Room was very spacious and comfortable, nice soft pillows. Close to I5, stores, and restaurants.

No complaints, we enjoyed our 2 night stay. A little more pricey than neighboring hotels but you get what you pay for in the little extras.

The breakfast and the water pressure in the shower

Everything else. The non existent front desk staff at check in. That you have to walk down to the street level and 100 feet to the neighboring hotel (owned by same person) to use pool or hot tub, because the connecting pathway has had its gate chained shut. Super thin walls and floors that will allow you to hear everything that everyone is doing around you, and when you complain to the front desk their attitude is "what am I supposed to do about it?". So you have been warned, don't waste your money on a hotel that doesn't allow cancellations without losing your money, even if it's over 5 days in advance.
