Arya Inn & Suites Farmers Branch

After i read the reviews, i wasnt expecting much, but it was 1 night and it was located across the street from where I needed to be the next day, so I thought I'd risk it. Ok, it's a budget hotel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The worst part of my stay was the inconsiderate guests that were banging their room doors and talking loudly on their phones as they were heading check out between 6am and 7am. I'd definitely stay again if I needed a cheap hotel for a night or 2 in that area.

The staff never smiles, no hair dryers in room, it smelled like pot every day, although I could not find it :)

Very clean and friendly staff. Construction outside was very loud. I don't think hotel management could have done anything

It was not a bad stay but in the king rooms there is no closet. They did not even have a rack so you could hang your clothes. Ask at the desk for a couple of hangers so i could hang shirts over rhe bathroom door and was told " not available". Alos no elevator to get to the awcond floor

Why do u even ask....its just place to spend couple of nights...there is nothing special or unique about this place...matter of fact...there was no extra towel or regulating how much toilet paper to stock tells you what kind of hotel this is......matter of fact if you know who owns this hotel you'll know...whats all about...

It was nice and quiet place

The hallways are not carpeted, so, any excess noise echoes throughout the whole hallway. There were kids yelling and screaming in the middle of the night to listen to the echoes. Very disrupting to anyone trying to sleep.

no breakfast. the listing shows a full breakfast. there is nothing.

They advertise free breakfast online and then don’t offer it at the hotel. Rooms smelt awful. Bathroom wasn’t stocked up upon arrival. Walls and doors are paper thin, hallways are tile so you can hear everything going on outside. Forget sleeping in. Terrible experience. Awful service.
