Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mankato

The beds were very uncomfortable hence not getting a good nights rest.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable

We had a great stay! Nice hotel and friendly staff!

Elevator out of service. Shampoo dispenser in room empty. Staff were considerate and helpful.

I liked the convenience of the location. The room was pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. I liked their breakfast choices too. Except the eggs were a little cold. But otherwise it hsd good choices.

Checked in early only to find our room smelled like urine and had dirty sheets/pillowcases on both beds. The front desk graciously got a new room and said they would comp our stay. The next day, my card was charged. I contacted the front desk about the charge and was told since we stayed in the clean room, they cannot comp the room. Morale of the story, if we would have stayed in the dirty room, it would have been free or if we would have left they would not have charged us. Lucky for them we will not be back!

Room was nice, was surprised that they charge for parking in a community as small as Mankato.
