Would stay here again

This hotel is great if you want inexpensive accommodation that is not too far from the airport but still has all the facilities you need. Have stayed here multiple times now on business trips for a night or two while on layovers to other Pacific Island countries and although the hotel is older it is great for quick stays. Staff are friendly and helpful, early morning taxis always arrive on time and the food is good. Recommend for a quick Nadi stop.

I recently stayed at Mercure Nadi, and my experience was disappointing. The property is quite run-down and in need of significant maintenance. Upon arrival, we were informed of a delay in check-in due to pipe repairs, which was inconvenient after a long journey. The breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very limited, and the quality of the food was poor. The fruits served looked unappetising, with the watermelon being spoiled. Our room was old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning unit had no remote control, making it difficult to figure out how to turn off. The bathroom was very small, with only one towel rail for a room meant to accommodate three people. Room servicing was inconsistent, with some days being completely missed. Overall, Mercure Nadi did not meet basic expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it to others based on my experience.

Breakfast buffet was great and the washroom was bad in conditions…

The room has a bit of dust smell or old smell. The facility of the room is getting quite old, even the cushion for the head at the head of the bed is fading off, getting sticky. The price was great, but I don’t think I will ever come back here.

Staff were great. Rooms & bathroom are outdated. Pool is rather small and quite shallow. Location was great and easy to get around. We were on the top floor so going back & forth was a hassle esp in the heat.

Great place with great people

The location is good for a downtown property. The breakfast is set outdoors and during monsoon season the humidity is so bad that you don’t have the energy to eat while simultaneously siping sweat off your forehead. The rooms are clean, but aging. The bathrooms need to a redo, especially the location of the toilet. I’m not that big and struggled to sit on it properly. The staff are nice and the rooms cleaned every day.
