The location was excellent for getting around, parking was good and safe, and the room was very comfortable. I think I had a little trouble with the coffee machine as I don't drink coffee and the water for tea was all over the place. It was a bit of a pain to get all of my things up in the room on the 3rd floor, but there was an elevator and I really valued that! Your staff is amazing. They were all polite, friendly, helpful, and even the guy doing the cleaning helpful moving my luggage and such. I would come back!

Please get a way for tea drinkers to just have a plain water heater. It's just so much better! Even if we have to request it from the front desk. That little one you had was really not great.

Location of the property is great very accessible to the town.

The property was dirty, bathrooms shower had mold and the carpets were dirty. The property is loud you can hear everything.

Nos pareció un lugar excelente para hospedarse. El Napa Valley Hotel & Suites tiene una ubicación perfecta y sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y tranquilas. Queremos destacar especialmente el servicio en recepción: la persona que nos atendió fue increíblemente amable y servicial, nos proporcionó información muy útil sobre lugares para desayunar y opciones de tours. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y el estacionamiento es grande y conveniente. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

The location near downtown was nice for walking. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't enough parking. We brought our bikes, but had to park across the street in a municipal lot. We hoped to charge our car there, but the charger didn't work. One of our bikes got stolen. Apparently there are no cameras on that lot, according to the police. The elevator was very antequated and locked with a key. We couldn't get our bikes into if we tried, plus there was not room for them in the room. Taking them up the stairs which were also antequated would have been a real chore, and we didn't see much space to lock them inside the parking area.
