Very good location. Very high end for the price

The hotel’s location is definitely a strong point—very convenient and close to key areas, which made getting around easy. The room itself was decent, clean, and had the basic essentials. However, there were several aspects of the stay that didn’t meet expectations and could use improvement.

Parking was limited and not sufficient for the number of guests, which made things inconvenient. More concerning was our experience during breakfast. We had breakfast included and were given stubs, but despite waiting for around 40 minutes, our food had still not arrived. During that time, multiple guests who came in after us—some about 20 minutes later—were served their meals within 10 minutes, even though their orders were similar to ours. When I followed up with our server, I was told the food was still being prepared, but the situation didn’t seem consistent. I then asked another staff member who had been serving those other guests, and she responded dismissively, saying she was not our server and did not know about our order. Her tone came across as rude and unhelpful. At that point, we felt uncomfortable and overlooked, so we decided to leave. As we were about to go, our food finally arrived, and the server made a comment suggesting we could leave if we wanted to. While he did apologize, he also mentioned that we should not feel discriminated against, even though we had not raised that concern—it was simply how the situation came across to us. This experience left a negative impression, particularly in terms of service and how concerns are handled.

Beds were comfy and parking easy to access.

They charge you extra per night for booking through booking.com. Rooms are tight, hotel smells musty.
