USThe bed was decent.
Bad signage to enter at night. Unkempt appearance. This is a small town with a local meat packing plant and not a tourist destination. I'm sure it meets the needs of the truckers and workers.

No shower... shower wouldn't work at all... No shampoo or conditioner and one small bar of soap for 3 people Coffee pot was filthy Light bulb not working in one lamps Refrigerator froze our drinks

The customer service was terrible. I made a reservation after trraveling long hours. When I got to the property the man at the front desk was rude and had attitude. No where when I made the reservation did it say I couldnt check in until the next day at 3pm. I wasnt able to get a refund and I never got to stay in the room.
