We made our reservations weeks in advance and upon arrival were informed by the hotel that they were overbooked. We stayed at another nearby hotel. This is the Delta's fault as well as Expedia's. We are planning a New Zealand trip but now fear going through Expedia.

I booked 2 rooms one for the conference for myself and one for family who would arrive later my room was nice the check in staff was a little inconsistent but here is the silly think family came on the thursday the room was booked 6 weeks in advance told they were over booked the manager set up a cot in a small meeting room on conference level and tried to pass that off as a suite !! We rebooked elsewhere and ended up paying full price no help from the delta other than recommending that hotel very disorganized and unprofessional

Ok. Normally, this would be a 1 out of 5 rating but the staff at the Delta pulled me back from the brink. I booked (unfortunately) during major reconstruction and, even worse, during a junior hockey tournament where too many teenage boys tormented everyone in the hotel for three days while there parents drank too much and looked the other way. That said, OMG the great staff. Every single one of them deserved a raise. I will go back in a heartbeat. But check to see that their restaurant is really open (it looked liked a bad cafeteria) and there are no hockey tournaments in the hotel. But I'm coming back. The wonderful staff saved the day.

It was clean considering the renovations going on. The bad thing was there was no hot water one of the nights we were there, so no shower and I didn’t find they replenished our toilet paper or towels without being ask.

We had a dirty facecloth left in our shower from the previous guest . Our friends had bobby pins and elastics on the floor and another friend had a false eyelash on the floor :(
