The hotel is situated in a convenient location, near downtown and the harbourfront. The hotel had a nice bar and fairly large pool—the rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The breakfast was of only average quality. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you are in a hurry.

The team at the Delta in Charlottetown is incredibly friendly. They were able to help my family with a few minor concerns we had with ease. The location of the hotel makes everything we needed a short walk away. The workout and pool areas were very nice and well maintained. We've stayed there a few times and plan on going back!

"Excellent hotel and staff soo helpful"

The hotel is close to the wharf so handy for the shops harbour and the restaurants We used the under car parking which was super handy there are other car parking spots nearby too might be slightly cheaper ours was 22 dollars per night Staff very friendly Our package included buffet breakfast Great choice of fruit and hot meals too

This property is close to all amenities for our needs. Saw a few shows in the area, walked the water front, shopping and had supper all within walking distance and can’t forget the great Cows Ice Cream. A must have!!

"Not worth the price tag. "

Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade and a good scrub. The lobby and hallways felt like I walked back into 1992. The room was ok other than the carpets and walls were dirty. I had to put towels down in front of the door to block the 1” gap that was letting in light and noise from the hallway. The pillows were super lumpy. Not worth the price. I’ve stayed at way nicer hotels for a lot cheaper. The only thing going for the hotel is the prime location.

As explained by other reviewers this place is old and outdated. The ambiance in the lobby is more damp and dark which is opposed to the lighting in the picture. Some room ceilings have openings and overall the carpet in the whole hotel is stained and smells.

For the price we paid, we were extremely disappointed. TV wasn't working, clogged bathtub, used soap bar when we went to the bathroom.
