Quite area, good pricing, friendly staff.

Mold in shower. Hair on sheets, dirty floor, broken curtains

The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, tater tots, pastry, fruit, waffles, juice, coffee bar). The bed was not comfortable. The pizza restaurant, across form the parking lot, had a great meal that included a small pizza, buffalo wings and a small salad for $30. After a long drive in traffic, we were hungry and ready to relax in our room with pizza.

The location of our room was in a dark corner of the facility with a large shed blocking the view from our window. The essentials were provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner). We had clean linens, small coffeemaker and a TV. It was relatively quiet.

This is a great location for when your going on a cruise because it is only 10 to 15 minutes from the cruise terminal and breakfast was good to

The management turns the hot water off at various times. On the first morning the water was cold so I rang the front desk & ask why the shower water was warm & the manager told me to give it 5 minutes because he had to turn it on! The same thing happened with the hot water that night & the second morning we stayed. Some ridiculous excuse was made but it is clear it was a cost saving measure. The management was being cheap. We paid for a room with hot water & I’ve never had to call the front desk 3 times to request hot water. The floors (vinyl) were dirty & walking around in socks & not shoes resulted in our white socks being filthy. The shower rail was not securely attached & the curtain kept sliding down.
