"Hotel was very nice, staff was polite but dishonest."

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The bathrooms were clean but the floors could have been cleaner, you needed socks on to keep your feet clean. But overall, the rooms were nice.

I specifically asked about the shuttle service to pick up at the airport and to the cruise port. I even called the hotel before I booked to check on this and I was told that they provided shuttle service; no one gave any disclaimer about time frames. We called when we arrived at the airport, at 6:45pm, and were told no one was available to pick us up, the shuttle only runs from 9am-4pm. Then at check in we asked about a shuttle to the cruise port and were told they don't go there only 'airport shuttles'; the next morning we meet a couple waiting on the shuttle to go to the cruise port. We were lied to, plain and simple so we will never use this hotel again.
