UpValley Inn & Hot Springs, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Our stay was good, better than what we expected. Compared with other businesses, they offer a more reasonable rate. Our room is clean and spacious. It’s quiet and cozy. I love that they have chargers on both bed sides, sauna, steamroom, jaccuzi and starbucks vending machine. What could have been better if there’s microwave in the room, Although you can use the one in the lobby. The place is old, but they hard to maintain. The photos online are deceaving, the pool area is not that big and kinda worn out but it’s still comforting enough especially at night.

The check-in lady was not very friendly. We got there at 3pm and she said our room was not ready. Made no effort to accommodate us in another room. Wouldn’t let us do paperwork to check in to expedite when room would finally be done. At exactly 4pm she called to say we could come back. Went over process without any emotion - robot like. Have 4 bikes only so had to wait to get to borrow one.

Spacious clean room with desk and good sized fridge, perfect for my business/leisure trip. Staff were excellent always cheerful and helpful and the young lady on reception on my checkout even offered to put a stamp on and post a card out to my friend!!! So lovely and so grateful 🙏 great location just on the edge of town.

My only regret was having a room downstairs as my upstairs neighbours were up and moving around at 5am almost every morning and I’m a light sleeper 🙈😂

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are in desperate need of renovation!!!

Close walk into town, but the resort is small and quiet. Very clean and staff is very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Everything was great. No breakfast, but there is a mini fridge in the room if you want to bring something. There's a toaster and microwave at the lobby

The pool and the saunas were very nice and clean. We appreciated the patio overlooking the pool and hot tub. Overall a very relaxing experience. Close to downtowns shops and restaurants.
