La Posada De Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa

Was not happy with this hotel: 1. I have bonvoy status and yet I was given a terrible room. 2. The room was not as advertised. The room was a shoebox and we had zero room for our bags. Also it was not decorated in the same way as shown on the website. 3. Heard my neighbors when they talked, sneezed, coughed, etc. 4. Room was dark. Couldn’t keep the window shade open since people walked by and could look in. 5. Staff not friendly. 6. Pool area was gross. People left their plates, drinks, towels and it was not cleaned up timely by the staff. 7. Our unit had one shared outdoor table for 3 rooms. Other rooms had much more ample outdoor seating. 8. No water in the room. Hotels usually leave 2 bottles of water in the room. 9. TV was not on a bracket that rotated. So we couldn’t watch it in bed. 10. Bathtub was slippery. 11. No full length mirror. The only positive was that it was a decent location, the gym was decent and the premises were nice.

Highly recommend a holiday at LaPosada de Santa Fe, an exceptional and beautiful property with a location convenient to the finest restaurants and shopping along the Plaza. Staff is courteous and responsive to issues and concerns making your visit a pleasure that you are looking forward to every day.

It’s a magical little haven. Beautifully laid out. Feels more like a village than a hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room we selected was pretty tight but nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I would suggest not getting the lowest priced room. The bigger rooms are not that much more and I believe are absolutely worth it. The property, its location, and every bit of staff here are exceptional. We will absolutely book here again and next time will stay longer. The restaurants and bars at the hotel are wonderful. Don’t skip them. Another highlight - free valet and a free shuttle within 2 miles for pickup and drop off. This is priceless as parking and valet around town is difficult and expensive.

It's an amazing property, quiet, historic, and quintessentially Santa Fe but not cliche.

Well located and walkable to both center of town and Canyon road. Ate there and it was delicious

This is a beautiful resort with lots of amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. We ate at Julia for breakfast; the service was impeccable, and the food was excellent. This property is within walking distance to the plaza.

The grounds are great. The location is great. The staff is fantastic - friendly, service-oriented and every single person help with a smile. The hotel needs an upgrade. Our room needed a bathroom remodel and new carpet. Everything was clean just old and worn. The hotter and pool area felt the same. I'd stay here again because I like the open concept with all the walkways and greenery which sets it apart from other hotels. Please upgrade this property. I'd pay more.

The property was a nice get away and the staff was excellent and attended to every request that was made..

It could have used just a little maintenance in certain areas but for the most part those could be over looked..
