Parking in the garage and not getting back in the truck until we left. Very convenient to walk to everything in Gatlinburg.

Great location!

Parking was rough, especially with a mid-size SUV. A/C sounded like plastic bags being rustled. Zero sound barrier at all. You can hear everything!!!

The staff was very friendly and willing to provide assistance when asked. The room was comfortable and was clean. The bathroom around bathtub could use some refresh. The room had a table that slid under another fixed shelf, which was nice to have lots of shelf/counter space. They also had 2 chairs that could be used for the moving table. Had a really good working fridge and microwave. The building in general could use some makeover. Overall, comfortable and clean. Location was almost in the center of town and everything was within walking distance. The value for the room was a match. There was garage parking that was exceptionally tall so that was good to have some shelter from sun and rain. There were about 15 parking spots outside of the garage as well.

The only thing that was really a negative was the blue tape on the stairs where they had done some painting. Looks like that was there for some time.

Central to activities. Easy access to shops.

We like staying here for the location. We stay here twice a year. Always clean and comfortable!
