La chambre est agréable. La piscine est ouverte assez longtemps pour pouvoir bien en profiter.

L'isolation des fenêtres. On entend bien ce qui se passe dehors, surtout dans la nuit.

"L'hôtel est OK mais ne fournit pas une expérience 4 étoiles."

La chambre était bien grande et calme. La télé était bien grande aussi. Il y avait un coffre-fort et un petit frigo.

Le personnel n'est pas accueillant et ne répond aux questions qu'à contrecoeur. Selon le site de booking je devrais avoir une baignoire, mais il y avait seulement une douche. Le climatiseur n'était pas tres puissant et ne refroidissait pas bien la chambre. Le frigo (minibar) était trop petit. Le lit était OK mais pas au top.

"Perfect central stay in Metz, including EV charging in parking. Staff, rooms, pool, all fantastic."

Staff were fantastic! Location was within walking distance from all the key areas. Parking was right underneath the hotel and relatively easy to access. When visiting Metz next time, I will 100% look to the Novotel Centre Hotel as my first preference.

All aspects were really good. If I was nit picking, the elevators were a little slow at times, but otherwise everything was excellent. The staff particularly, were amazing.
