The Domain Hotel

I really do like this hotel- shout out to Ken that was super personable and helped my fix a reservation I screwed up- HOWEVER- they do have a hot water problem- I have to run the water for almost an hour- I encountered a corp traveler referring to his contract and he was also complaining to the front desk guy this morning at 9:20 am- Sunday the 26- this guy ruins stays! Claimed he was just a front desk supervisor and telling the hotels “client” to call back tomorrow to lodge his complaint -these are employees the ruin good businesses! Thanks Ken- screw yiu front desk guy that doesn’t care!

Bestes Hotel unserer Rundreise! Tolle Zimmer, tolle Betten. Super Frühstück, ohne Einwegbesteck und Einweggeschirr! Bei einer Buchung über booking.com kostet der Parkplatz 12$. Muss man kurz rechnen was günstiger ist. ;-) Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sieht aber sehr schön aus! Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

I adk for my room to be cleaned every day they never cleaned in Wednesday before I left i wad out allday they didn't clean my room I called down stairs and I was told oh we must of forget we had to leave the room for what we thought was going to be cleaned and our dinner was now cold because we had to wait they didn't replace any clean wash clothes and didn't put on fresh laundry dint clean the shower Also you charged me for two gueen bed suite and it was two full size beds for the price you guys suck will never stay there again not even for free nasty unsanitary

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and we chose the property based on location, reviews, pool, and the included breakfast. The breakfast was perfect for our family each morning and allowed us to get out the door at a reasonable time with little ones without the fuss of figuring out what to feed them.

The room and hotel are clearly old and I was disappointed with our room. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned well(I actually attempted to clean it myself after we arrived so my kids could have a clean bathroom) and the tub shower was old, damaged, and filled with water as we showered. House keeping came one of the days (we opted for every other day and then declined the second time they were scheduled to come) and the only thing I could tell that they did was make the beds. They didn’t refill conditioner in shower that was empty, the didn’t replace tissues in the bathroom, they didn’t give us more toilet paper. I had to call down to the front desk for these things after the fact. We declined having them come a second time because it seemed like a waste of time. We checked out the pool, but immediately decided no because it looked old and dirty. Everyone was nice and I have no complaints about the kindness of the staff, but the hotel and our room were old, dirty, and in need of repairs.
