Lobby was nice

I was extremely disappointed with my stay I booked a non smoking room, but the entire room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was no smoke alarm, which made the situation even more concerning. Although the sheets looked like they had been washed, they were burned, stained, and I even found hair on the sheets and on the floor. The shower curtain was stained, and the towels were ripped. The room furniture wasn’t any better the desk chair was ripped and badly damaged. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned.

La ubicación y el parqueo muy amplio

No tenia suficientes toallas solamente 2 toallas en total habia muebles rotos las ventanas rotas y remendadas La cama muy incomoda Es mas de tan incomodo que estaba Que me salí a las 10pm y entre a las 3de la tarde infracción luces quemadas Deberas que la habitación 110 estaba horrible fue por eso que me salí ni pude tomar un baño porque se escuchaba los ruidos de otras habitaciones muy mal deberas Para mi forma de pensar La habitación 110 no es rentable necesita reparaciones empezando por las ventanas las mesas de noche y las toallas y el papel higiénico

I so dirty in general all the hotel

The price was awesome and staff was super nice and helpful! This isn't my first time staying there and we plan to stay there whenever we are in that area again!!

I can't think of anything we didn't like about the room!
