Quality Inn & Suites Mankato East

Nice place.

We wished there were security cameras in the parking lot. We felt unsure about our car being safe. I was also worried about my elderly mom in the parking lot, as the surface had some cracks and was uneven in places. We also had no towels in the pool area. The hot tub was perfect, and it was an attractive pool area. The staff was accommodating and helpful when we needed assistance. The breakfast was nice, and we saw the staff cleaning different areas, several times. Staff was polite! Thank you!

They were not helpful when I asked for a simple request

Sadly, I was warned by more regular hotel not to stay here. I normally book elsewhere. This was close to my regular location. Staff was great and accomodating. The room was gross specifically dirt and hair on the bathtub, dust on tray surface in bathroom, chunks of dirt/ dust on phone and not stocked. Lotion and shampoo bottles were half empty and clearly used earlier. Many corners cut here.

The beds are a little hard for my liking

Absolutely nothing!!!

The room smelt like mildew/ freezer burn from an old freezer, the shower curtain had mold on it! And the tp wasn't stocked! Worse of all they would not refund me!!

First room had mold and mildew. No one was to be found at check out.
