It was super hot in the rooms had to add 3 different fans to keep cool, should really mention that problem

The room was hot AC was not working was transferred to another room Hotel is outdated

Close by for museums and interstates

There was little air conditioning in the hotel and the first room we were given smelled like cigarettes

Great that it’s near the airport but not many places to walk to for dinner

Our third stay at this site. Very convenient location for those flying in late.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. They pre charged $100 to my credit card for a safety deposit, as usual in every hotel. After checked out i see the “$100 charge” on the credit card statement and not the refund. Call the hotel, emailed them several times and the answer is they don’t have my credit card number on the record, instead they have other. After almost 20 emails, i don’t have the money back and a person called Annalisa keeps saying they don’t have registered a credit card they charged on. Be careful with this

the breakfast was good. Lots of options. We had other family join us at the pool for a little bit and this was not an issue with the hotel. My husband liked that he could smoke at the pool. Loved they had fans to use.

The toilet in the room never seemed to really flush. We dealt with it. Bathroom really small for what seems like business suite. Could not figure out how to get a channel on the living room TV, luckily I let the kids bring electronics. We would have liked to play music within reason at the pool.

We came in after a long drive and in our first room the couch and chair were dirty and the internet didn’t work. So they were kind enough to switch us to another room (not as spacious as what I paid for) and the beds were smaller, which doesn’t work when the men in my family are 6’4. We stayed a week and by the middle of the week, mildew can be seen in the bathroom around the vent. There was a hole in the door that goes to the bedroom, spider webs in the corner by the window and the tv only had 30 channels all of them came on fuzzy. The only channel that was clear the whole week was HGTV. This hotel needs some upgrades and serious TLC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have great employees.
